I, the undersigned, as a representative of the customer identified below, grant AlphaGraphics, Inc., and its franchisees and agents (collectively “AlphaGraphics”) the right to use, reproduce, display photos and examples of the works created for customer by AlphaGraphics in any and all electronics, print, social, radio, or any other future media platform (“Media”), for the purpose of marketing, advertising, promoting or using for any other lawful purpose in furtherance of AlphaGraphics’ business. I further consent that the customer name and location may be identified by descriptive text or commentary. I represent that any materials submitted by customer are original and do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights or right of privacy or publicity.
